Are you looking to mix up your workouts with just one very versatile piece of exercise equipment?
Join us in May for our Kettlebells & Coffee workshop. Participants will learn what kettlebells are all about, along with instruction on common exercises. Open to beginners and those unsure about safely using kettlebells after injury. Expect to learn a mix of upper and lower body exercises and get a workout while learning how to do it on your own.
This time around, we’ve teamed up with south tampa’s best local coffee shop Espresso Yourself, to bring you the finest cup of Joe this side of the Mississippi.
