Do you accept Insurance?


We are out-of-network with most commercial insurances however, we accept Tricare and are a part of the VA Community Care network. If you have either of these plans, please contact us so we can verify your coverage and get you scheduled!




What are your payment options for Physical Therapy?


As an out-of-network provider, you will be charged directly for service at the time you receive care. Payment options include cash, credit cards, debit cards, as well as Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs).




Can I get reimbursed through my health insurance?


If you have out-of-network benefits through your health insurance plan, it is possible you may be able to submit for reimbursement. Upon request, we can provide you with an invoice of our services that contains all relevant information and billing codes that your health insurance company will need. Every plan is different, so please verify your out-of-network physical therapy benefits with your health insurance prior to your appointment.




Do I need a referral to receive Physical Therapy?


No! The state of Florida allows you to be seen by a physical therapist for up to 30 days for an undiagnosed condition. Furthermore, if you have already been evaluated by a practitioner, such as your primary care physican, for the condition you are seeking therapy (ex. low back pain) then there are no time limits. Please note that some insurance providers do require a physician's script in order for them to pay for therapy services, so this is something to check if you are looking to pursue potential reimbursement.
