Physique founder and owner, Keith Pacific, PT, MSPT, ATC, is a licensed physical therapist as well as a certified athletic trainer. With over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Keith has helped countless people achieve their fitness and rehab goals through his personalized approach.

After serving in the US Coast Guard, Keith began his career as a personal trainer. He went on to obtain his Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training followed by a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Florida.

Keith combines his biomechanical knowledge with current evidence-based practices to create safe and effective exercise programs for any patient. Having practiced in New York, where he worked closely with renowned orthopedic physicians at the Hospital for Special Surgery, Keith brings cutting edge treatment techniques to each and every client. He is also a lifetime patient, having undergone six knee surgeries. Over the years, he has developed a treatment protocol that addresses individuals with complex injuries or surgeries of their own.


Besides maintaining both of his medical licenses, he is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Certified Workers Compensation Healthcare Provider (CwCHP). He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in rehabilitation sciences with a concentration in Athletic Training.

Dr. Kristy Clements PT, DPT is a Physical Therapist and Personal Trainer who earned her bachelor's degree in exercise science with a minor in nutrition. She went on to graduate from the University of Connecticut with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT). Kristy specializes in running injuries as well as women's health and prides herself on creating innovative treatment plans that are both exciting and effective for her patients.  

In addition to her duties as the Director of Operations at Physique, Kristy oversees our South Tampa run club and our return to running program. She is also the lead instructor for our metabolic fitness and recovery/mobility classes. 


As an exercise enthusiast, Kristy is passionate about helping patients get back to work, play, and daily life without pain. She believes in wellness and prevention and utilizes her physical therapy knowledge to help patients avoid injury and learn safe exercise technique at any age. She has lived all over the country including California, Illinois, Virginia, and New Jersey, but is happy to call Tampa home. Kristy is a devoted Boston Red Sox and New York Giant fan who enjoys traveling and going to the beach.

Meet Chris

Dr. Chris Parrott PT, DPT, EP-C is a Physical Therapist and Certified Exercise Physiologist (ASCM EP-C) who earned his bachelor's degree in sport and exercise science from the University of Central Florida. During his time at UCF, Chris worked as a personal trainer and small group fitness instructor igniting his interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Chris went on to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from UCF. He specializes in a wide range of orthopedic conditions including low back, neck, and shoulder pain. 

Chris has a passion for weightlifting and specializes in working with patients and athletes for both recovery and performance enhancement. He has advanced training in manual therapy and loves to incorporate an evidence-informed approach to his treatment sessions. 


Originally from Clearwater Florida, Chris returned to the Bay area to be closer to the water and family. A dedicated life longer, he brings nearly a decade of experience in the health and fitness industries and is constantly challenging himself to provide his patients with the best possible outcomes. When he isn't working with clients, you can find Chris at the beach or on YouTube binging videos about travel.

Dr. Taylor Shoop PT, DPT is a licensed physical therapist with a background in exercise science and a passion for helping others. In 2014, Taylor graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology & Health Promotions. In 2016, she moved to Austin, Texas to continue her education and went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT) from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2019.

Taylor has a diverse background of experiences in the physical therapy, healthcare, and fitness industry. Nevertheless, her passion has always been geared around encouraging the practice of living a healthy and active lifestyle. Taylor has experience in a variety of physical therapy settings working with patient/client demographics of all ages and levels of fitness, including sports-specific/return to play rehab, pre- and post-operative rehab, pediatrics, geriatrics, vestibular rehab, acute care, home health, hippotherapy, and aquatic therapy.


Taylor specializes in treating a variety of orthopedic conditions and has a particular interest in functional stability and postural mobility training. Taylor is committed to creating a unique and individualized experience, utilizing a holistic and current evidence-based approach in order to help patients/clients of any age and level of function achieve their personal health and fitness goals. In addition to treating patients, Taylor is the Director of Health & Wellness and is active in a variety of events serving our local military and fitness communities.

Participating in several sports growing up and as a former competitive athlete, Taylor has endured multiple injuries of her own which provides a unique insight to better relate with her patients/clients. In her free time, Taylor enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her dog, going to the beach, playing golf, kayaking and paddleboarding, running and weight lifting, and exploring new restaurants.

Dr. Nick Schumacher, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT, CSCS is a licensed physical therapist and fitness coach. Nick graduated from Boston University as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2016. In 2017, Nick completed the Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) in Boston. He achieved Board Certification as a Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS) in 2018. 


In 2021, Nick furthered his sports-specific training by completing the Kaiser Permanente Sports & Manual Therapy Fellowship in Los Angeles and will be achieving Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (FAAOMPT) in 2022. In addition to his physical therapy training, Nick earned certification as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in 2014.


Nick has a particular interest in working with tactical athletes (military, fire, and police), runners, weight lifters, and any other athletes, as well as patients suffering from post-concussion syndrome. He is actively engaged in running-related research and has helped develop protocols for return-to-sport following concussion and return-to-duty readiness (in collaboration with the US Army). 


As a D1 collegiate runner and obstacle-course racer, Nick has suffered many injuries, which allow him to better relate with his active patients/clients. He is committed to taking the most evidence-based approach to every rehab and performance program
